What if my order is lost or stolen?

If your order appears to be lost, please contact our customer service team with your order number and we'll investigate the issue. In cases where the package was marked as delivered but is missing, it may be considered stolen. While we don't directly replace stolen items, we recommend you file a police report and contact your home insurance for possible coverage.

How do I place an order on the website?

Browse any product you want to purchase. You can find the products using the website’s main search box or navigate through product categories. Add the product you want to buy in your cart then you can proceed to check out to place your order.

What payment method available on your website?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card, Google Pay, Apple Pay etc.). You can using debit/credit card through PayPal.

How do I cancel/change my placed order?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Do you Accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?

No, we do not accept COD. All orders must be prepaid by USA issued credit card, PayPal or other payment methods accepted in this website.

How do you process my order?

When you place an order to the website, we will process it for 2-5 business days. We are shipping our products from our warehouse in Florida, we will sent you a notification email together with your tracking number whenever your order is processed.

What shipping carriers do you use?
